Love Conquers Stress

Love has many powers. It strengthens my body and mind and promotes peace and happiness.

I cherish myself. I take care of my mental, physical, and spiritual needs. I eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and get 8 hours of sleep. I meditate and pray. I speak to myself like a beloved friend. I build my motivation and resilience.

Sharing love and affection makes my world seem friendlier and less threatening. The more love I give to others, the more I receive in return. My stress levels fall. I feel more secure. Helping others increases my confidence and gives me a sense of fulfillment.

I help my coworkers. I offer encouragement and practical assistance. I provide constructive feedback and sincere compliments.

I let go of judgment. I am patient with others and myself. I slow down and look at situations from other points of view. I forgive and move on. I reduce daily frustrations and irritations.

Today, I rely on a loving heart for natural stress reduction. I use my words and actions to spread kindness and appreciation.
